Privacy policy
This site shows what Ularix builds. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no advertising trackers. This page explains the little data that is processed anyway. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the EU and UK, the GDPR.
Who is responsible
Ularix, reachable at hello@ularix.com. The full name and postal address of the person responsible are in the legal notice.
What is processed
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and keeps short-lived logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visitor counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without building a profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit.
- Email. If you write to hello@ularix.com, your message, address and anything you include are used only to answer you. Mail to that address is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox; replies are sent through Resend. We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for the exchange, then delete it. Legal basis: your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Fonts and images are served from this site itself; your browser does not contact Google or other third parties to load them.
Links to other sites
Links to TikTok, YouTube or our products take you to sites with their own privacy policies. Nothing from those services is embedded here.
Transfers abroad
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States and may process data there. Both provide data processing terms with safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing and, under the GDPR, ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@ularix.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country.
